Why we do it
Backing a business should be a considered decision. The cooling-off period gives you time to read, think and talk to people you trust.
How it works
When you register interest, a 48-hour clock starts. During that time you can withdraw your interest with one click. Nothing has moved and nothing is binding.
The cooling-off period is our own rule. It sits alongside, not instead of, any rights you have under the law or with a licensed partner.
