What an expression of interest is, and is not
Last checked 29 September 2026
In short
- It tells a business you would like to hear more.
- It is not an investment, a commitment to pay or advice.
- You have 48 hours to withdraw it.
What it is
An expression of interest is a signal. It tells a business that you would like to hear more, and shares your name and message with that business.
What it is not
It is not an investment, a contract or a commitment to pay anything. It is not advice from 1877 Capital, and it is not a promise about how the business will do.
What happens next
If you and the business both want to talk, we introduce you. 1877 Capital never holds client money. If you decide to go further, any transaction is handled by a licensed partner under its own terms.
